Preparing Your Quilt

• Your backing must be at least 6" longer and 8" wider than your quilt top.
• If you are piecing your back, please make your seam a minimum of 0.5" on each side, and feel free to make it up to 1.5". This provides stability and even quilting over the seam.
• Do not attach your top and backing to each other or to any batting.

Set-up Fee: $50.00 (non-refundable)

Standard Quilting

1 design/pattern throughout the item: $0.03 per square inch

Increase in Density, Specialty Fabrics, Specific Design Changes, etc. can cause increases in pricing and should be discussed beforehand.

• Bobbins are $4 each
• Batting is priced by the shop

Trimming

I will trim your item to have straight edges for binding.

• $15.00 for items with an edge less than or equal to 240 linear inches (60" x 60")
• $20.00 for items over 240 linear inches

Binding

Plain Binding: I will cut 2.5" strips & attach binding to the quilt/item by machine: $2.00 per linear foot. Minimum Charge: $30.00

Flange Binding: I cut, sew/make, & attach the binding to your item: $3.50 per linear foot. Minimum Charge: $40.00

Featherweight Repair

Service for Singer Featherweight sewing machines: $99.00 flat. Diagnosis is included in the price.

• Featherweight machines only.
• Local drop-off and pickup only. Mail-in service is not available at this time.
• Rush service is not available.
• Service and parts only.

Terms

• 30-day warranty on labor.
• Storage is $2.00 per day for machines not picked up within 15 days of completion.
• Machines left for more than 90 days are considered abandoned.
